How to automatically create a new task in Asana for a newly created project in Linear

After creating your playbook, you can proceed to add your trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.

To set up this playbook, click "Add trigger" and then select "New project added" under Linear. Then, select the necessary details. This will allow your playbook to automatically detect each newly added project in Linear and initiate necessary actions.

If this is your first time using a Linear integration in Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.

Integrate the Asana automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of a new task in Asana when a new project has been added in Linear.

Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Create task" automation for Asana and input the mandatory and relevant details.

If your Asana account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Asana account.
