How to create a HubSpot deal for CallRail outbound calls
Set the CallRail trigger as “New outbound call”
Add the CallRail trigger to initiate your playbook's actions before receiving a new outbound call.
To do this, click "Add trigger" in your playbook. Select the "New outbound call" trigger option from the dropdown menu under CallRail. It will enable your playbook to identify new outbound calls and trigger necessary actions automatically.
If you have yet to connect your CallRail account to Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.
Add the "Create deal" in HubSpot automation
Integrate the HubSpot automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of a new deal for each new card added in Trello.
Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Create deal" automation for HubSpot and input the mandatory and relevant details.
If your HubSpot account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your HubSpot account.
Activate your Relay.app playbook
Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the creation of a new deal in HubSpot. Once turned on, it will respond to a new outbound call logged in CallRail by creating a corresponding deal in HubSpot without manual intervention.
To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are being sent correctly.
