How to schedule Zoom meetings for every new Airtable records
Add the Airtable trigger
Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and responds to your playbook.
Click "Add trigger" and select "Record created" under Airtable. Then, select the Table field. If this is your first time using an Airtable integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your Airtable account.
Every time a new record is created in Airtable, your playbook will run automatically.
Add the Zoom "Create meeting" automation
Now, you can create a new meeting in Zoom by selecting "Create meeting" from the Zoom automation list.
Connect Zoom to Relay if you haven't already, then fill out details such as the topic, start date/time, duration (in minutes), meeting invitees, password, and agenda. You can reference fields from Airtable to pass along the correct data automatically.
Turn on the playbook
When you are done with the playbook, it's time to turn it on.
The playbook will now run automatically whenever a new record is created in Airtable. You can also click "Check now" to do a manual check whenever you'd like.
