How to add the new respondents in HubSpot to a certain Slack Channel

After creating your playbook, you can proceed to add your trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.

To setup this playbook, click "Add trigger" and then select "New form submission" under HubSpot. Then, select the specific Form. If this is your first time using a HubSpot integration in Relay.app, you'll be prompted to connect your HubSpot account.

Now, every time there is a new form submission in HubSpot, your playbook will run automatically.

Integrate the Slack automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt adding of respondents to the Slack channel when a new response has been submitted in HubSpot.

Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Add to channel" automation for Slack and input the mandatory and relevant details.

If your Slack account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Slack account.

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the adding of respondents to the Slack channel. Once turned on, it will respond to each newly received form in HubSpot by adding the respondents to the Slack channel without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are being sent correctly.
