How to create a contact in Front from a new form submission in HubSpot
Set the HubSpot trigger as "New form submission"
Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and initiates your playbook's actions.
Click "Add trigger" and select "New form submission" under HubSpot automation. Then, select the form. This will allow your playbook to automatically detect new form submissions in HubSpot and initiate necessary actions.
If this is your first time using a HubSpot integration in Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.
Add the "Create contact" in Front automation
Integrate the Front automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of a new contact for each respondent that submitted a form in HubSpot.
Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Create contact" automation for Front and input the mandatory and relevant details.
If your Front account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Front account.
Activate your Relay.app playbook
Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the creation of a new contact in Front. Once turned on, it will respond to new form submissions in HubSpot by creating a corresponding contact in Front without manual intervention.
To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are being sent correctly.
