How to create a new HubSpot deal from a new message sent in Front
Set the Front trigger as "Message sent"
Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.
Click "Add trigger" and select "Message sent" under Front. Then, select the inbox. This will allow your playbook to automatically detect newly sent messages in Front and initiate necessary actions.
If this is your first time using a Front integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your Front account.
Add the "Create deal" in HubSpot automation
Integrate the HubSpot automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of a new deal for each message that is sent via Front.
Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Create deal" automation for HubSpot and input the mandatory and relevant details.
If your HubSpot account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your HubSpot account.
Activate your Relay.app playbook
Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the creation of a new deal in HubSpot. Once turned on, it will respond to a newly sent message via Front by creating a corresponding deal in HubSpot without manual intervention.
To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are being sent correctly.
