How to automatically create new projects in Harvest from a new Trello list
Add the Trello "List created" trigger
Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.
Click "Add trigger" and select "List created" under Trello. Then, select the board. This trigger will automatically detect all the new lists created in Trello to create a new project in Harvest.
If this is your first time using a Trello integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your Trello account.
Add the Harvest "Get or create project" automation
Integrate the Harvest automation into your playbook to promptly create a new project in Harvest for each list created in Trello. Add a new step and select "Get or create project" from the list of Harvest automations.
Connect Harvest to Relay if you haven't already, then fill out the mandatory and relevant details. You can reference fields from Trello to automatically pass along the right data.
Turn on the playbook
Activating your playbook is the final step to automate creating a new project in Harvest for every new list created in Trello. Once turned on, it will respond to the new list created in Trello by creating a new project in Harvest without manual intervention.
To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are sent correctly.
