Set the Trello trigger as "New card added"
Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and initiates your playbook's actions.
Click "Add trigger" and select "New card added" under Trello automation. Then, select the list you want to monitor. This will allow your playbook to automatically detect new cards added in Trello and initiate necessary actions.
If this is your first time using a Trello integration in Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.
Add the "Get or create project" automation in Harvest

If your Harvest account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Harvest account.
Activate your Relay.app playbook
Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the creation of a new project in Harvest. Once turned on, it will respond to a new card created in Trello by creating a corresponding project in Harvest without manual intervention.
