I have a Real Estate company and I built a CRM in Notion with automations using Relay.app. The alternatives are Real-Estate specific CRMs that would have cost me $600 or more per month.

There's a misconception that Real Estate agents just put a sign in the front yard that a home is for sale and then collect their commissions. That's not the case. We think of ourselves as pilots for Real Estate. No pilot takes off without a checklist and we don't do deals without a thorough checklist and automations to keep track of everything.

As you can see in this automation, I use Relay.app with Notion to create and stay on top of a detailed checklist for each new listing.
