How to add a tag to Tally respondents as subscribers in ConvertKit
Create your playbook and set the Tally trigger as "New form submission"
After creating your playbook, you can proceed to add your trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.
To setup this playbook, click "Add trigger" and then select "New form submission" under Tally. Then, select the form. If this is your first time using a Tally integration in Relay.app, you'll be prompted to connect your Tally account.
Now, every time there is a new form submission in Tally, your playbook will run automatically.
Add the "Add tag to subscriber" in ConvertKit automation
Integrate the ConvertKit automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt addition of a new tag to subscriber for each submission received to a specific form in Tally.
Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Add tag to subscriber" automation for ConvertKit and input the mandatory and relevant details.
If your ConvertKit account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your ConvertKit account.
Activate your Relay.app playbook
Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the addition of a new tag to subscriber in ConvertKit. Once turned on, it will respond to each new submission received to a specific form in Tally by automatically adding a tag to subscriber in ConvertKit without manual intervention.
To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are being sent correctly.
