If this is your first time using a Dropbox integration in Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.
Add the "Find application(s)" & "Create interview schedule" in Ashby automation
Integrate the Ashby automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of interview schedule for each submission in Fillout.
Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Find application(s)" to identify which application needed to create an interview schedule. Then, select "Create interview schedule" automation for Ashby and input the mandatory and relevant details.
If your Ashby account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Ashby account.
Activate your Relay.app playbook
Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the creation of interview schedule in Ashby. Once turned on, it will respond whenever a submission for a specific form in Fillout is submitted by creating a new interview schedule in Ashby without manual intervention.
