How to automatically create a new client in Harvest when a subscription is created in Paddle
Set the Paddle trigger as "Subscription created"
Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.
Click "Add trigger" and select "Subscription created" under Paddle. This will allow your playbook to automatically detect the new subscription created in Paddle and initiate necessary actions.
If this is your first time using a Paddle integration in Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.
Add the "Get or create client" in Harvest automation
Integrate the Harvest automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of a new client in Harvest when a subscription is created in Paddle.
Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Get or create client" automation for Harvest and input the mandatory and relevant details.
If your Harvest account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Harvest account.
Activate your Relay.app playbook
Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the creation of a new client in Harvest, Once turned on, it will respond to a new subscription created in Paddle by creating a new client in Harvest without manual intervention.
To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are being sent correctly.
