How to automatically create new customers in Stripe for guests in Outlook Calendar events

After creating your playbook, you can proceed to add your trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and responds to your playbook.

To setup this playbook, click "Add trigger" and then select "Event scheduled" under Outlook Calendar. Then, select the Calendar. This will allow your playbook to automatically detect the new scheduled event in Outlook Calendar and initiate necessary actions.

Integrate the Stripe automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of a new customer whenever a specific new event is scheduled in Outlook Calendar.

Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Create customer" automation for Stripe and input the mandatory and relevant details.

If your Stripe account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Stripe account.

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the creation of a new customer in Stripe. Once turned on, it will respond whenever a specific event is scheduled in Outlook Calendar by creating a new customer in Stripe without manual intervention.
