Set the Chargebee trigger as “Subscription created”

A playbook always starts with a trigger, which is responsible for detecting changes in your connected applications and responding accordingly.

Add the Chargebee trigger to initiate your playbook's actions when subscriptions are created. Click "Add trigger" in your playbook and choose "Subscription created" from the dropdown menu under Chargebee.

If you still need to connect your Chargebee account to Relay.app yet, a prompt will guide you through the process.

Add the "Mark contact as spammer / not spammer" step in Front

Integrate the Front automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt management of new Chargebee subscriptions by marking contacts in Front as spammers or not.
