How to automatically send a Signeasy envelope for a new record in SmartSuite
Create your playbook and set the SmartSuite trigger as "New record added"
After creating your playbook, you can proceed to add your trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and responds to your playbook.
To setup this playbook, click "Add trigger" and then select "New record added" under SmartSuite. Then, select the SmartSuite table. If this is your first time using a SmartSuite integration in Relay.app, you'll be prompted to connect your SmartSuite account.
Now, every time a record is added in SmartSuite, your playbook will run automatically.
Add the "Send envelope to sign" in Signeasy automation
Integrate the Signeasy automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt sending of an envelope to sign from Signeasy when a new record has been added on SmartSuite.
Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Send envelope to sign" automation for Signeasy and input the mandatory and relevant details.
If your Signeasy account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Signeasy account.
Activate your Relay.app playbook
Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the sending of an envelope to sign from Signeasy. Once turned on, it will respond to each newly added record in SmartSuite by sending an envelope to sign from Signeasy without manual intervention.
To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are being sent correctly.
