How to automatically send documents using a Xodo Sign template for specific bookings in Cal.com

After creating your playbook, you can proceed to add your trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and responds to your playbook.

To set up this playbook, click "Add trigger" and then select "New booking" under Cal.com. Then, select details like the event type. This will allow your playbook to automatically detect the new bookings in Cal.com and initiate necessary actions.

If this is your first time using a Cal.com integration in Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.

Integrate the Xodo Sign automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt sending of document using template to each new booking made in Cal.com.

Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Send document using template" automation for Xodo Sign and input the mandatory and relevant details.

If your Xodo Sign account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Xodo Sign account.

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate sending of document using a template in Xodo Sign. Once turned on, it will respond whenever a new booking is made in Cal.com by sending the chosen document using template in Xodo Sign without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are being sent correctly.
