How to automatically send transactional emails in Loops for each new Retable row
Create your playbook and set the Retable trigger as "Row added"
After creating your playbook, you can proceed to add your trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and responds to your playbook.
To setup this playbook, click "Add trigger" and then select "Row added" under Retable. Then, select the table and the type of changes you're interested in monitoring. This will allow your playbook to automatically detect the new rows added in Retable and initiate necessary actions.
If this is your first time using a Retable integration in Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.
Add the "Get or create contact" & "Send transactional email" in Loops automation
Integrate the Loops automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of a new contact in Loops for each new record added in Retable rows. Then send a transactional email.
Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Get or create contact" automation to save the new customers details. Then select "Send transactional email" for Loops and input the mandatory and relevant details.
If your Loops account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Loops account.
Activate your Relay.app playbook
Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the sending of transaction email for the creation of a new contact in Loops. Once turned on, it will respond to each new row added in Retable by creating a new contact and sending a transactional email to the new contact in Loops without manual intervention.
To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are being sent correctly.
