How to automatically share a Google Slides presentation to the new Paddle customer

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.

Click "Add trigger" and select "Customer created" under Paddle. This will allow your playbook to automatically detect the newly created customer in Paddle and initiate necessary actions.

If this is your first time using a Paddle integration in Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.

Integrate the Google Slides automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt sharing of presentations from Google Slides for each newly created customer in Paddle.

Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Share presentation" automation for Google Slides and input the mandatory and relevant details.

If your Google Slides account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Google Slides account.

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the sharing of a presentation from Google Slides. Once turned on, it will respond to each newly created customer in Paddle by sharing a presentation to the customer from Google Slides without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are being sent correctly.
