How to automatically share selected Google Forms for every new row added in Coda
Add the Coda "Row added" trigger
Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.
Click "Add trigger" and select "Row added" under Coda. Then, select the table you want to monitor. This trigger will detect all the new rows added in Coda to share the specific Google Forms.
If this is your first time using a Coda integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your Coda account.
Add the Google Forms "Share form" automation
Integrate the Google Forms automation into your playbook to ensure the Google Forms is promptly shared with every new row added in Coda. Add a new step and select "Share form" from the list of Google Forms automations.
Connect Google Forms to Relay if you haven't already, then fill out the mandatory and relevant details. You can reference fields from Coda to automatically pass along the right data.
Turn on the playbook
Activating your playbook is the final step to automate sharing the specific Google Forms for every new row added in Coda. Once turned on, it will respond to new rows in Coda by sharing the specific Google Forms without manual intervention.
To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are sent correctly.
