How to automatically sync Fireflies.ai transcripts to Airtable

Set the Fireflies.ai trigger as “New transcript created”

Add the Fireflies.ai trigger to initiate your playbook's actions whenever a new transcript is created.

To do this, click "Add trigger" in your playbook. Select the "New transcript created" trigger option from the dropdown menu under Fireflies.ai. It will enable your playbook to automatically identify newly created transcripts and trigger necessary actions.

If you still need to connect your Fireflies.ai account to Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.

Add the “Add record” step in Airtable

Integrate the Airtable automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt addition of a new record to the table.

Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Add record" automation for Airtable and input the relevant fields that you want to add.

If you still need to connect your Airtable account to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Airtable account.

Activate your playbook

Activating your playbook is the last step in the process. Once you turn it on, it will automatically sync Fireflies.ai transcripts to Airtable without requiring manual intervention.

To activate your playbook, click the toggle button in the header. Before activating, we recommend performing a test run of your playbook to ensure all the steps work seamlessly together.
