How to create new Mailchimp subscribers from Typeform responses

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.

Click "Add trigger" and select "Typeform - New response." Then, select the specific form you'd like to monitor for new responses. If this is your first time using a Typeform integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your Typeform account.

Now, every time there is a new response in Typeform, your playbook will run automatically.

Now you can add subscribers directly to your Mailchimp list. Add a new step and select "Mailchimp - Add subscriber to list" from the list of Mailchimp automations.

Connect Mailchimp to Relay if you haven't already, then fill out details such as Audience and Email address. You can reference fields from Typeform to automatically pass along the right data.

When your playbook setup is complete, it's time to activate it.

The playbook will now run on its own every time there's a new submission in Typeform. You also have the option to click "Check now" for an immediate manual run.
