How to move a Trello card when a deal stage is reached in HubSpot
Set the HubSpot trigger as "Deal stage reached"
Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and initiates your playbook's actions.
Click "Add trigger" and select "Deal stage reached" under HubSpot automation. Then, select the Pipeline and Stage. This will allow your playbook to automatically detect the deal stage reached in HubSpot and initiate necessary actions.
If this is your first time using a HubSpot integration in Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.
Add the "Move card" in Trello automation
Integrate the Trello automation into your playbook to ensure the card is promptly moved to another list for each deal stage change in HubSpot.
Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Move card" automation for Trello and input the mandatory and relevant details.
If your Trello account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Trello account.
Activate your Relay.app playbook
Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the moving of the card in Trello. Once turned on, it will respond when a certain deal stage is reached in HubSpot by moving the corresponding card in Trello without manual intervention.
To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are being sent correctly.
