How to schedule an event in Google Calendar for new Typeform responses
Add the Typeform "New response" trigger
Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.
Click "Add trigger" and select "New response" under Typeform. Then, select the form. This trigger will detect all the new responses in Typeform to schedule a new event in Google Calendar.
If this is your first time using a Typeform integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your Typeform account.
Add the Google Calendar "Create event" automation
Integrate the Google Calendar automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of a new event in Google Calendar for every Typeform response. Add a new step and select "Create event" from the list of Google Calendar automations.
Connect Google Calendar to Relay if you haven't already, then fill out the mandatory and relevant details. You can reference fields from Typeform to automatically pass along the right data.
Turn on the playbook
Activating your playbook is the final step to automate scheduling new events in Google Calendar for every new response in Typeform. Once turned on, it will respond to every new response in Typeform by scheduling a new event in Google Calendar without manual intervention.
To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are sent correctly.
