How to schedule Zoom meetings for specific Fibery entities

Relay.app is an automation tool that lets you automate actions across Zoom, Fibery, and many other apps. In this guide, we'll show you how to automatically run the “create meeting” action in Zoom for each entity created in Fibery using Relay.app.

1

Create your playbook and set the Fibery trigger as "Entity created"

After creating your playbook, you can proceed to add your trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and responds to your playbook.

To setup this playbook, click "Add trigger" and then select "Entity created" under Fibery. Then, select the type. This will allow your playbook to automatically detect the new entity created in Fibery and initiate necessary actions.

If this is your first time using a Fibery integration in Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.

2

Add the "Create meeting" in Zoom automation

Integrate the Zoom automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of a new Zoom meeting whenever a new specific entity is created in Fibery.

Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Create meeting" automation for Zoom and input the mandatory and relevant details.

If your Zoom account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Zoom account.

3

Activate your Relay.app playbook

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the creation of a new Zoom meeting. Once turned on, it will respond to each new specific entity created in Fibery by creating a new Zoom meeting without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are being sent correctly.
