How to send a text message via ClickSend to Typeform respondents
Set the Typeform trigger as "New response"
Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.
Click "Add trigger" and select "New response" under Typeform. Then, select the form. This will allow your playbook to automatically detect a new response submitted in Typeform and initiate necessary actions.
If this is your first time using a Typeform integration in Relay.app, you'll be prompted to connect your Typeform account.
Add the "Send text message" in ClickSend automation
Integrate the ClickSend automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt sending of new text messages for each response submitted in Typeform.
Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Send text message" automation for ClickSend and input the mandatory and relevant details.
If your ClickSend account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your ClickSend account.
Activate your Relay.app playbook
Activating your playbook is the final step to automate sending a text message in ClickSend. Once turned on, it will respond to newly submitted responses in Typeform by sending the respondents a new text message in ClickSend without manual intervention.
To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are being sent correctly.
