How to share a Google Form when a Google Doc is added to a folder
Set the Google Docs trigger as "Document added to folder"
Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.
Click "Add trigger" and select "Document added to folder" under Google Docs. Then, select the parent folder where documents are added. This will allow your playbook to automatically detect the Google Docs that are added to a specific folder and initiate necessary actions.

Add the "Share form" in Google Forms automation
Integrate the Google Forms automation into your playbook to ensure the specific Google Forms are shared whenever a Google Docs is added to a specific folder.
Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Share form" automation for Google Forms and input the mandatory and relevant details.
If your Google Forms account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Google Forms account.
Activate your Relay.app playbook
Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the sharing the specific Google Forms. Once turned on, it will respond whenever a Google Docs is added to a specific folder by sharing a specific Google Forms without manual intervention.
To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are being sent correctly.
