How to share specific documents from Google Docs when a HubSpot deal stage is reached
Add the HubSpot "Deal stage reached" trigger
Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.
Click "Add trigger" and select "Deal stage reached" under HubSpot. Then, select the pipeline and stage. This trigger will automatically detect all the deals that reached the monitored stage in HubSpot to share documents in Google Docs.
If this is your first time using a HubSpot integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your HubSpot account.
Add the Google Docs "Share document" automation
Integrate the Google Docs automation into your playbook to ensure prompt sharing of specific documents in Google Docs for every deal stage reached in HubSpot. Add a new step and select "Share document" from the list of Google Docs automations.
Connect Google Docs to Relay if you haven't already, then fill out the mandatory and relevant details. You can reference fields from HubSpot to automatically pass along the right data.
Turn on the playbook
Activating your playbook is the final step to automate sharing specific document in Google Docs for every new deal stage reached in HubSpot. Once turned on, it will respond to new deal that reached the specific stage in HubSpot by sharing the corresponding document in Google Docs without manual intervention.
To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are being sent correctly.
