How to transfer leads from Front messages into Fibery entities

Relay.app is an automation tool that lets you automate actions across Fibery, Front, and many other apps. In this guide, we'll show you how to automatically create entity in Fibery for each message received in Front using Relay.app.

1

Create your playbook and set the Front trigger as "Message received"

After creating your playbook, you can proceed to add your trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.

Click "Add trigger" and select "Message received" under Front. This will allow your playbook to automatically detect every received message in Front and initiate necessary actions.

If this is your first time using a Front integration in Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.

2

Add the "Create entity" in Fibery automation

Integrate the Fibery automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of a new specific entity for each new message received in Front.

Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Create entity" automation for Fibery and input the mandatory and relevant details.

If your Fibery account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Fibery account.

3

Activate your Relay.app playbook

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the creation of a new specific entity in Fibery. Once turned on, it will respond to each new message received in Front by creating a new entity in Fibery without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are being sent correctly.
