How to update an Attio record when a Signeasy envelope is signed

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.

To setup this playbook, click "Add trigger" and then select "Envelope signed" under Signeasy. Then, add details like the name. This will allow your playbook to automatically detect the signed Signeasy envelope and initiate necessary actions.

If this is your first time using a Signeasy integration in Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.

Integrate the Attio automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt update of the specific record whenever a Signeasy envelope is signed.

Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Find record(s)" to identify which record needs to be updated. Then, select "Update record" automation for Attio and input the mandatory and relevant details.

If your Attio account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Attio account.

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate updating the specific record in Attio. Once turned on, it will respond whenever an envelope is signed in Signeasy by updating the corresponding record in Attio without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are being sent correctly.
