How to use AI to automatically browse the web for company information and put a summary in a table for new Google Forms responses
Create your playbook and set the Google Forms trigger as "Form response submitted"
After creating your playbook, you can proceed to add your trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.
To set up this playbook, click "Add trigger" and then select "Form response submitted" under Google Forms. Then, select the form. This will allow your playbook to automatically detect the newly received response in Google Forms and initiate necessary actions.
If this is your first time using a Google Forms integration in Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.
Add the "Prompt Claude 3 Haiku" in Anthropic automation
Integrate the Anthropic automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt is actioned by AI for each new response from Google Forms.
Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Prompt Claude 3 Haiku" automation for Anthropic and input the mandatory and relevant details.
If your Anthropic account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Anthropic account.
Activate your Relay.app playbook
Activating your playbook is the final step to automate researching on the internet via AI. Once turned on, it will respond to each new response submitted in Google forms by actioning the prompt added in the Anthropic AI without manual intervention.
To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are being sent correctly.
