How to automatically create a new interview schedule in Ashby every time there's an upcoming event in Calendly

A playbook always starts with a trigger, responsible for detecting changes in your connected applications and responding accordingly.

Add the Calendly trigger to initiate your playbook's actions every time there's an upcoming event. Click "Add trigger" in your playbook and choose "Event upcoming" from the dropdown menu under Calendly.

If you still need to connect your Calendly account to Relay.app yet, a prompt will guide you through the process.

Integrate the Ashby automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of a new interview schedule in Ashby every time there's an upcoming event in Calendly.

Click the "Add step" button, locate the “Create interview schedule” automation for Ashby, and input the mandatory and relevant details.
