How to automatically update deals in Pipedrive whenever a new form submission is received in Jotform
Set the Jotform trigger as “Form submission received”
A playbook always starts with a trigger, which is responsible for detecting changes in your connected applications and responding accordingly.
Add the Jotform trigger to initiate your playbook's actions whenever a new form submission is received. Click "Add trigger" in your playbook and choose "Form submission received" from the dropdown menu under Jotform.
If you still need to connect your Jotform account to Relay.app yet, a prompt will guide you through the process.
Add the "Get deal" and "Update deal" step in Pipedrive
Integrate the Pipedrive automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt deals update in Pipedrive whenever a new form submission is received in Jotform.
Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Get deal" and "Update deal" automation for Pipedrive and input the mandatory and relevant details.
If your Pipedrive account still needs to be connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Pipedrive account.
Turn on the playbook
