How to copy Google Forms for new activity added in Pipedrive
Add the Pipedrive "Activity added" trigger
Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.
Click "Add trigger" and select "Activity added" under Pipedrive. This trigger will automatically detect all the new activities added in Pipedrive to copy Google Forms.
If this is your first time using a Pipedrive integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your Pipedrive account.
Add the Google Forms "Copy form" automation
Integrate the Google Forms automation into your playbook to ensure that the specific Google Forms is copied for every new activity created in Pipedrive. Add a new step and select "Copy form" from the list of Google Forms automations.
Connect Google Forms to Relay if you haven't already, then fill out the mandatory and relevant details. You can reference fields from Pipedrive to automatically pass along the right data.
Turn on the playbook
Activating your playbook is the final step to automate copying the specific Google Forms for every new activity added in Pipedrive. Once turned on, it will respond to a new activity added in Pipedrive by copying the specific Google Forms without manual intervention.
To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are sent correctly.
