How to create a new contact in Mailjet for the sender of a newly received message on HubSpot

After creating your playbook, you can proceed to add your trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and responds to your playbook.

To setup this playbook, click "Add trigger" and then select "Message received" under HubSpot. Then, select the inbox. If this is your first time using a HubSpot integration in Relay.app, you'll be prompted to connect your HubSpot account.

Now, every time a message is received in HubSpot, your playbook will run automatically.

Integrate the Mailjet automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of a new contact in Mailjet when a new message has been received in HubSpot.

Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Get or create contact" automation for Mailjet and input the mandatory and relevant details.

If your Mailjet account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Mailjet account.

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the creation of a new contact in Mailjet. Once turned on, it will respond to each newly received message in HubSpot by creating a new contact on Mailjet without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are being sent correctly.
