How to create a Zoom meeting with Google Form respondents
Set the Google Forms trigger as "Form response submitted"
Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and initiates your playbook's actions.
Click "Add trigger" and select "Form response submitted" under Google Forms. Then, select the form. This will allow your playbook to automatically detect new responses in Google Forms and initiate necessary actions.
If this is your first time using a Google Forms integration in Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.
Add the "Create meeting" in Zoom automation
Integrate the Zoom automation into your playbook to ensure that
you can invite guests to a meeting for each respondent who submits responses in Google Forms.
Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Create meeting" automation for Zoom and input the mandatory and relevant details.
If your Zoom account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Zoom account.
Activate your Relay.app playbook
Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the creation of new meetings in Zoom. Once turned on, it will respond to new responses received in Google Forms by creating a new Zoom meeting inviting the respondents without manual intervention.
To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are being sent correctly.
