How to create and invite users in Webflow from your Calendly events
Set the Calendly trigger as "Event scheduled"
Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and initiates your playbook's actions.
Click "Add trigger" and select "Event scheduled" under Calendly automation. Then, select the event type and necessary details. This will allow your playbook to automatically detect the registrants in new scheduled Calendly events and initiate necessary actions.
If this is your first time using a Calendly integration in Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.
Add the "Create and invite user" in Webflow automation
Integrate the Webflow automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt user creation and sending of invitations to each person in the Calendly event.
Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Create and invite user" automation for Webflow and input the mandatory and relevant details.
If your Webflow account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Webflow account.
Activate your Relay.app playbook
Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the creation of users and sending of invitations in Webflow. Once turned on, it will respond to the newly scheduled event in Calendly by creating and inviting the Calendly invitee in Webflow without manual intervention.
To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are being sent correctly.
