How to create new ClickUp tasks for each scheduled event in Outlook Calendar
Create your playbook and set the Outlook Calendar trigger as "Event scheduled"
After creating your playbook, you can proceed to add your trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and responds to your playbook.
To setup this playbook, click "Add trigger" and then select "Event scheduled" under Outlook Calendar. Then, select the Calendar. This will allow your playbook to automatically detect the new scheduled event in Outlook Calendar and initiate necessary actions.

Add the "Create task" in ClickUp automation
Integrate the ClickUp automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of a new task in ClickUp whenever a new event is scheduled in Outlook Calendar.
Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Create task" automation for ClickUp and input the mandatory and relevant details.
If your ClickUp account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your ClickUp account.
Activate your Relay.app playbook
Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the creation of a new task in ClickUp. Once turned on, it will respond whenever a new event is scheduled in Outlook Calendar by creating a new task in ClickUp without manual intervention.
