How to create new Drip subscribers from Calendly invitees

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.

Click "Add trigger" and select "Event ended" under Calendly. Then, select the relevant details. This trigger will detect all the invitees in the newly ended event in Calendly to create subscribers in Drip.

If this is your first time using a Calendly integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your Calendly account.

Integrate the Drip automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of new subscribers in Drip for every invitee added in the newly ended event in Calendly. Add a new step and select "Get or create subscriber" from the list of Drip automation.

Connect Drip to Relay if you haven't already, then fill out the mandatory and relevant details. You can reference fields from Calendly to automatically pass along the right data.

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate creating new subscribers in Drip for every invitee in a newly ended Calendly event. Once turned on, it will respond to every invitee in a newly ended Calendly event by creating a new subscriber in Drip without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are sent correctly.
