How to sync updated Calendly events with your Google Calendar
Add the Calendly "Event rescheduled" trigger
Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.
Click "Add trigger" and select "Event rescheduled" under Calendly. Then, select the event type. This trigger will automatically detect all the rescheduled events in Calendly to update the event in Google Calendar.
If this is your first time using a Calendly integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your Calendly account.
Add the Google Calendar "Get event" and "Update event" automations
Integrate the Google Calendar into your playbook to ensure prompt updates of the scheduled events in Google Calendar for rescheduled events in Calendly. Add a new step and select "Get event" to select which event to update, then, select "Update event" from the list of Google Calendar automations.
Connect Google Calendar to Relay if you haven't already, then fill out the mandatory and relevant details. You can reference fields from Calendly to automatically pass along the right data.
Turn on the playbook
Activating your playbook is the final step to automate updating the scheduled events in Google Calendar for rescheduled events in Calendly. Once turned on, it will respond to rescheduled events in Calendly by updating the scheduled event in Google Calendar without manual intervention.
To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together.
