How to track new Pipedrive deals in Retable
Add the Pipedrive trigger
Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and responds to your playbook.
Click "Add trigger" and select "Deal added" under Pipedrive. Then, select the most critical fields for tracking, such as the deal name and value. If this is your first time using a Pipedrive integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your Pipedrive account.
Every time a deal is added in Pipedrive, your playbook will run automatically.
Add the Retable "Add row" automation
Now, you can add a new row in Retable for every new deal. Add a further step and select "Add row" from the list of Retable automations.
Connect Retable to Relay if you haven't already, then fill out the details like table name and deal data. You can reference fields from Pipedrive to pass along the correct data automatically.
Turn on the playbook
When you are done with the playbook, it's time to turn it on.
The playbook will now run automatically whenever a deal is added in Pipedrive. You can also click "Check now" to manually check whenever you'd like.
