User study preparations

Every time someone signs up for a user study via our Calendly link, this workflow kicks in to set up a notes document based on a template and prepares the interviewer for the interview.

Once the meeting has ended, notes are shared with the team and a thank you message is sent to the participant.

Whenever we launch a major new feature, we send an automated email to new users asking them if they're interested in participating in a user study. The email contains a Calendly link so they can sign up directly.

To help us put the user study process "on rails", we created this workflow. It helps take away almost all of the mundane preparation work for a usabily interview like preparing a notes document and sharing notes with the team afterwards, so that the interviewers can focus on the aspects of the preparation that require their unique skills.

Dynamically run automations using other team members' accounts

This powerful workflow uses the 'Assign a Role' action to dynamically fetch the Account Manager for a closed Deal in HubSpot, so that a welcome email to the new customer will be sent using their Gmail account.

Before the email is sent, the assigned Account Manager will first get a Human-in-the-Loop approval step where they have the opportunity to give the final go-ahead.

Parse labeled emails to extract unstructured data using AI

For some lead sources, you get leads information only via email. In such cases, adding lead information to your CRM can be a chore. This workflow checks for new emails with a specific label, extracts the required data points from the email body using AI, and dumps the extracted data in a spreadsheet in a structured format. You can send the data directly to a CRM of your choice or connect the Google Sheets workbook to your CRM of choice.

AI Agent to process meeting notes

Whenever an email with meeting notes is received, this AI Agent files tasks in Asana for every action item assigned to me.

Additionally, it'll share a summary of the meeting notes over Slack with the team.

Triaging support emails with AI and a Human in the Loop

Every time a support email is received, an AI model is prompted to classify the message as either (A) a feature request, (B) praise, or (C) something else.

Depending on the type of email, an issue is filed in Linear or a team member is asked over Slack for input on a personalized thank you note to the customer.
