This powerful workflow uses the 'Assign a Role' action to dynamically fetch the Account Manager for a closed Deal in HubSpot, so that a welcome email to the new customer will be sent using their Gmail account. Before the email is sent, the assigned Account Manager will first get a Human-in-the-Loop approval step where they have the opportunity to give the final go-ahead.

Every time someone signs up for a user study via our Calendly link, this workflow kicks in to set up a notes document based on a template and prepares the interviewer for the interview. Once the meeting has ended, notes are shared with the team and a thank you message is sent to the participant.
