How to automate moving specific cards in Trello when a specific event is upcoming in Calendly
Create your playbook and set the Calendly trigger as "Event upcoming"
After creating your playbook, you can proceed to add your trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and responds to your playbook
To set up this playbook, click "Add trigger" and then select "Event upcoming" under Calendly. Then, select the necessary details. This will allow your playbook to automatically detect each upcoming event in Calendly and initiate necessary actions.
If this is your first time using a Calendly integration in Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.
Add the "Find card(s)" & "Move card" in Trello automation
Integrate the Trello automation into your playbook to ensure the specific card is promptly moved when an event is upcoming in Calendly.
Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Find card(s)" to identify which card needs to be moved. Then, select "Move card" automation for Trello and input the mandatory and relevant details.
If your Trello account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Trello account.
Activate your Relay.app playbook
Activating your playbook is the final step to automate moving the specific card in Trello. Once turned on, it will respond to each new upcoming event in Calendly by moving the specific card in Trello without manual intervention.
To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are being sent correctly.
