How to update a specific Trello card when an event is rescheduled in Calendly
Create your playbook and set the Calendly trigger as "Event rescheduled"
After creating your playbook, you can proceed to add your trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and responds to your playbook
To set up this playbook, click "Add trigger" and then select "Event rescheduled" under Calendly. Then, select the necessary details. This will allow your playbook to automatically detect each rescheduled event in Calendly and initiate necessary actions.
If this is your first time using a Calendly integration in Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.0
Add the "Find card(s)" & "Update card" in Trello automation
Integrate the Trello automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt updating of a card in Trello whenever the specific event in Calendly is rescheduled.
Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Find card(s)" to identify which card needs to be updated. Then, select "Update card" automation for Trello and input the mandatory and relevant details.
If your Trello account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Trello account.
Activate your Relay.app playbook
Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the updating of the specific cards in Trello. Once turned on, it will respond when the specific event is rescheduled in Calendly by updating the corresponding card in Trello without manual intervention.
To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are being sent correctly.
