How to automatically add a new Mailjet contact whenever a specific deal changes in Pipedrive
Add the Pipedrive "Deal stage changed" trigger
Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.
Click "Add trigger" and select "Deal stage changed" under Pipedrive. Then, select the specific stages you're interested in. This trigger will automatically detect all the specific stage changes of the deal in Pipedrive to create a new contact in MailJet.
If this is your first time using a Pipedrive integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your Pipedrive account.
Add the Mailjet "Add contact to list" automation
Integrate the Mailjet automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of a new contact in Mailjet for every change in the Pipedrive deal stage. Add a new step and select "Add contact to list" from the list of Mailjet automations.
Connect Mailjet to Relay if you haven't already, then fill out the mandatory and relevant details. You can reference fields from Pipedrive to automatically pass along the right data.
Turn on the playbook
Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the creation of a new contact in MailJet for every change to the deal stage on Pipedrive. Once turned on, it will respond to changes in the deal stage in Pipedrive by creating a new contact in Mailjet without manual intervention.
To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are sent correctly.
