How to create contacts in MailJet for every newly added person in Pipedrive
Add the Pipedrive "Person added" trigger
Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.
Click "Add trigger" and select "Person added" under Pipedrive. Then, select the required fields. This trigger will automatically detect all the new person added in Pipedrive to create a new contact in MailJet.
If this is your first time using a Pipedrive integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your Pipedrive account.
Add the Mailjet "Get or create contact" automation
Integrate the Mailjet automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of a new contact in Mailjet for every new person added to Pipedrive. Add a new step and select "Get or create contact" from the list of Mailjet automations.
Connect Mailjet to Relay if you haven't already, then fill out the details like email and name. You can reference fields from Pipedrive to automatically pass along the right data.
Turn on the playbook
Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the creation of a new contact in MailJet for every new person added to Pipedrive. Once turned on, it will respond to a new person added in Pipedrive by creating a new contact in Mailjet without manual intervention.
To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are sent correctly.
