How to automatically add followers to Pipedrive deals when new subscriptions are created in Chargebee
Set the Chargebee trigger as “Subscription created”
A playbook always starts with a trigger, which is responsible for detecting changes in your connected applications and responding accordingly.
Add the Chargebee trigger to initiate your playbook's actions when subscriptions are created. Click "Add trigger" in your playbook and choose "Subscription created" from the dropdown menu under Chargebee.
If you still need to connect your Chargebee account to Relay.app yet, a prompt will guide you through the process.
Add the "Add follower to deal" step in Pipedrive
Integrate the Pipedrive automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt addition of followers to Pipedrive deals when new subscriptions are created in Chargebee.
Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Add follower to deal” automation for Pipedrive and input the mandatory and relevant details.
If your Pipedrive account still needs to be connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Pipedrive account.
Activate your playbook
Activating your playbook is the last step in the process. Once you turn it on, it will automatically add followers to Pipedrive deals when new subscriptions are created in Chargebee without requiring manual intervention.
