Set the Chargebee trigger as “Subscription created”

A playbook always starts with a trigger, which is responsible for detecting changes in your connected applications and responding accordingly.

Add the Chargebee trigger to initiate your playbook's actions when subscriptions are created. Click "Add trigger" in your playbook and choose "Subscription created" from the dropdown menu under Chargebee.

If you still need to connect your Chargebee account to Relay.app yet, a prompt will guide you through the process.

Add the "Add follower to product" step in Pipedrive

Integrate the Pipedrive automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt addition of followers to Pipedrive products when new subscriptions are created in Chargebee.

Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Add follower to product” automation for Pipedrive and input the mandatory and relevant details.
