Set the Google Sheets trigger as “New row added”

Add the Google Sheets trigger to initiate your playbook's actions before adding rows.

To do this, click "Add trigger" in your playbook. Select the "New row added" trigger option from the dropdown menu under Google Sheets. It will enable your playbook to identify newly added rows and trigger necessary actions automatically.

If you have yet to connect your Google Sheets account to Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.

2

Add the “Add guests to meeting” step in Google Calendar

Integrate the Google Calendar automation to instantly add guests to meetings.

Select "Add Step" and then find the "Add guests to meeting" automation for Google Calendar. Enter all the required details, including the Name of the event and Guests to add.

If you still need to connect your Google Calendar account to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Ensure that you allow the necessary permissions through your Google Calendar account.

3

Activate your playbook

After completing all the necessary steps, activating your playbook is the final step. Once the playbook is turned on, it automatically adds guests to a Google Calendar meeting from new Google Sheets rows without manual intervention.

To activate your playbook, click the toggle button in the header. Before activating your playbook, it is advisable to perform a test run to ensure that all steps are working seamlessly together.
