Set the Front trigger as “Teammate mentioned in a comment”

A playbook always starts with a trigger, which is responsible for detecting changes in your connected applications and responding accordingly.

Add the Front trigger to initiate your playbook's actions every time a teammate is mentioned in a comment. Click "Add trigger" in your playbook and choose "Teammate mentioned in a comment" from the dropdown menu under Front.

Add the “Create draft” step in Outlook

Integrate Outlook automation into your playbook to automatically create a draft email in Outlook Mail every time a teammate is mentioned in a Front comment.

Click the "Add step" button, locate the “Create draft” automation for Outlook, and input the mandatory and relevant details.
